How does the 14-day free trial work?

You can start using all Pro features immediately, no credit card required. After 14 days, you'll be prompted to enter your payment details to continue. If you don't, your account downgrades to the Starter plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds, no surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfers are available for Enterprise plans.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is charged once per year and saves you 17% compared to monthly. You'll receive a single invoice for the full year.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch at any time from the customer portal. Switching from monthly to annual will prorate the remaining period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the start of your paid subscription (excluding the free trial period). Contact support within 7 days of your first charge.
